Dr. Deegan graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2011 before completing a small animal rotating internship at VCA South Shore in South Weymouth, MA. She then went on to practice emergency and critical care medicine at several Los Angeles specialty hospitals during the first half of her career before transitioning to general practice. Through her extensive experience in both emergency and general practice medicine, she is able to provide a breadth of comprehensive veterinary care to her patients. She is excited to bring that knowledge and skillset to the pet owners of Encino!
